Privacy Policy - tiqbiz

This privacy policy describes how we at Invision Marketing Services (IMS) collect, use, and manage Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that is collected and stored using our tiqbiz app.

Introduction

The tiqbiz app has two functional components: an Administrator/Editor component and an End-user component. Both components require the tiqbiz app to be downloaded to a smartphone, tablet or computer.

Tiqbiz is designed to allow Administrators/Editors to post information to named Boxes and to allow End-users to select named Boxes from which they wish to receive information. Tiqbiz functionality also allows an Administrator/Editor and an individual End-user to exchange messages.

Part A: For End-users

How we collect PII
We collect PII when:

• An End-user creates an End-user account using the tiqbiz app. We collect:
- Name
- Unique email address
- Country of residence
- Password

• An End-user selects named Boxes from which to receive information posted by an Administrator/Editor

• An End-user communicates with an Administrator/Editor using a messaging function within tiqbiz; we collect typed messages, audio recordings, and images exchanged between Administrators/Editors and Users

How we use PII
We use collect to:

• Allow End-users to receive information posted by Administrators/Editors by way of the named Boxes they have selected

• Make connections between Administrators/Editors and End-users who wish to exchange messages

• Provide the ability for an Administrator/Editor to see the names of End-users who have currently selected the named Boxes of that Administrator/Editor

• Manage and service our End-user account holders

An End-user cannot see the PII of other End-users or an Administrator/Editor.

Administrators/Editors can access all PII of End-users who have selected their respective boxes, except for email addresses and passwords and any PII of the End-user relating to a different account holder.

Part B: For Administrators/Editors

How we collect PII
We collect PII when:

• An Account Holder creates an Account using the tiqbiz app. We collect:
- Name
- Unique email address
- Phone number
- Country of residence
- Password
- Organisation name and address
- Latitude and Longitude of the address provided

• The Account Holder creates a lower level Administrator/Editor account

• An Administrator/Editor posts information to a Box

• An Administrator/Editor communicates with an End-user using a messaging function within tiqbiz; we collect typed messages, audio recordings, and images exchanged between Administrators/Editors and End-users.

How we use PII
We collect PII to:

• Manage, service and invoice our Account Holder accounts

• Make connections between Administrators/Editors and Users who wish to exchange messages

• Provide the ability for an Administrator/Editor to see the names of End-users who have currently selected the named Boxes of that Administrator/Editor

Tiqbiz provides two levels of Administrator; higher level Administrators can view all aspects of lower-level Administrators/Editors. Administrators/Editors have access to the PII of Administrators/Editors at the same level; they do not have access to PII of higher levels.

Administrators/Editors can view the names of End-users who have selected their respective Boxes.

Part C: Accessing your PII (All users)

How we store PII
PII is held on a secure server provided by Amazon Web Services. The server is physically located in Australia. Communication between tiqbiz apps and the server is encrypted in transit. Access to the secure server is restricted to authorised IMS personnel.

All PII is retained for a minimum of seven years.

We do not combine PII with other data or modify PII that we have collected. We do not disclose PII to third parties.
